Frequently asked questions
Why is there no squeegee — will it really be streak-free?
Yes. Pure-water reach-and-pole removes all minerals from the water, so the glass dries without spots or streaks and stays cleaner for longer than traditional methods.
Do you clean the inside of the windows too?
Our standard service is exterior. Interior cleaning is available on request and quoted separately.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain doesn't affect a pure-water clean — the windows still dry spot-free. We only reschedule in genuinely unsafe conditions and will always let you know.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can access the windows. We just need side gates unlocked — our day-before reminder text is there to help.
