Pro O's Exterior Cleaning & Contractors ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR.
What we collect
When you request a quote, book a job or contact us, we collect your name, contact details (phone, email), your address or postcode, and details about the work you need. If you upload a photo, we collect that too. Our website uses privacy-friendly analytics only if you accept cookies.
Why we use it
To provide quotes and carry out work you've asked for, to contact you about your enquiry, to arrange visits and payment, and — where you've agreed — to send reminders and review requests. This is on the basis of performing a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the business, and your consent for optional messages.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the business — for example a CRM to manage enquiries, an email provider to send confirmations, and payment and booking providers. They process data on our behalf under agreement. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer records only as long as needed for the work and our legal obligations (for example tax records), then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to certain processing. Contact us at support@pro-os.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
